Dear 2WD-Customers,

for seven years I habe been working as a free commercial representative for 2Wheel-Distri-buution- an enterprise making a turn-over of ca. 10 mio.€ now. I exclusively take care forthe „Neuen Bundesländer“. In the main house there are further 22 employees, 7 work-mates more than last year. Our brands are: O´NEAL, LEZYNE, MOVEO, EVS, REKLUSE&MOTO CINCH. Because of a so called „Happy Problem“ (planned 20% increase – reality: 50%) our ability of delivery was not as good as 2009. With a lot of items we could react but there were gaps we could not fill. Problems of capacity on the side of deliverers raised additional issues. There were delivery-times of up to 6 months during the season 2010. For the season 2011 we plan with more reserves. We are erecting a new building we will move in in August 2011. In marketing we change a bit more to the internet, because 80% of our customers use theinternet for shopping., catalogues get less and less important. That´s why we have invested in a professional video-studio and deliver videos for almost all products of O´NEAL,LEZYNE and MOTO CINCH. EVS,Moveo and Rekluse will follow in the last quarter 2010. These videos can be shown on your web-sites as well as our photos and 3D-views Main points of our efforts for 2011 are,besides the improvement of our ability of delivery, information as fast as possible,high degree of transparency, feed-back-systems, minimal need of maintenance.
